In this genre, we focus on the Bajo Quinto and Bajo Sexto. This handcrafted instrument was created between the late 1800s and Early 1900s. It consists of 10 and 12 strings and was invented in Mexico. This Instrument is the key to the rhythm and sound of Norteño music. Used in groups such as:
